By enrolling in the RH Vitality Club© through recoveryhealth.co, vip.recoveryhealth.co, or any website operated under the recoveryhealth.co domain (collectively, the “Websites”), you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Membership Overview
The RH Vitality Club© is a subscription-based membership program designed to provide exclusive savings and benefits to eligible members. Membership is available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Membership Benefits & Redemption
As an active RH Vitality Club© member, you may redeem the following benefits only by shopping through our private members-only store located at https://vip.recoveryhealth.co while logged into your active account:

50% OFF Everything: Members receive exclusive pricing of up to fifty percent (50%) off eligible Recovery Health products available in the VIP store. Discounts do not apply outside of vip.recoveryhealth.co and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

Free eBooks: All digital eBooks made available through the VIP store are provided at no cost to active members.

Monthly Giveaways: Members may be eligible to participate in monthly giveaways, promotions, or contests. Giveaway eligibility, prizes, and rules are determined solely by Recovery Health and may change at any time.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee: New members may cancel their membership within thirty (30) days of their initial paid charge for a full refund of the membership fee only. This guarantee applies solely to the membership subscription fee and does not apply to product purchases, shipping fees, or any other charges.
All benefits are non-transferable, may not be resold, and are available only while your membership is active and in good standing.
Free Trial & Billing
New members may be eligible for a fourteen (14) day free trial beginning on the date of enrollment. Only one free trial is permitted per customer.
At the conclusion of the free trial, unless canceled, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription at $29.99 per month, or the then-current applicable rate, billed to your authorized payment method.
Billing Authorization
By enrolling, you authorize Recovery Health to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation. Prices are subject to change. In the event of a price change, notice will be provided to the email address associated with your account prior to the change taking effect.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your RH Vitality Club© membership at any time by:

Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable after the initial thirty (30)-day Happiness Guarantee period.

No refunds, credits, or prorated billing will be issued for partial months, unused benefits, or failure to redeem membership perks.

Product purchases made through the VIP store are subject to the applicable product return policy stated elsewhere in these Terms and are not covered by the membership Happiness Guarantee.
Member Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate account and payment information, safeguard your login credentials, and use the membership solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recovery Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Membership. Recovery Health products, including supplements, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Recovery Health.
Modifications
Recovery Health reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Websites with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Membership constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
